excellent reference covering most of entire product with great examples and explanantions as to not only the how but also covers the why. well organized with many pictures & tables (worth a thousand words) and comparing sps 2003 & wws 2.0 with the current moss 2007 and wss 3.0 enhancements. basically this is a must-have reference book for all sharepoint administrators and implementors. i recommend this book to all my customers. my only complaint is that you can't print the material on the cd because the book is rather heavy to travel with everyday and would like to be able to review only certain portions without booting laptop while im on mass transit for multiple hours per day.

I took a seminar with Bill a few years ago on SharePoint 2003 and I loved how he deliver each lesson. Thats why I bought this book. I recommend this book as a learning tool, as a companion and as a reference tool to using MOSS 2007!

The chapters are well classified so that you can easily and quickly find the information you require.

This is the "real" documentation for MS Office sharepoint server 2007. I believe they should have included a pdf version with each licensed version of the server.
