Discovering Antarctica: this site is a great introduction to Antarctica, featuring multimedia online resources, videos, and exercises to test your knowledge. Check out the section on the climate change to get you started.
Climate Change North: this site focuses on the Arctic. It has a great introduction to climate change as well as lesson plans for teachers.

Social Sciences

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change: This panel was estabished "to assess scientific, technical and socio-economic information relevant for the understanding of climate change, its potential impacts and options for adaptation and mitigation". The site links to their reports and graphics for use in presentations.

The Stern Review: the most thorough review to date on the economics of climate change
Polar News: An online newspaper focusing primarily on the Arctic, but reporting on some Antarctic news as well
70 South: An online news and information site focusing on Antarctica

Arts

Cape Farewell: this project brings together artists, scientists and educators to raise awareness about climate change. Their website features information on the artists and images of their artworks.
An Inconvienient Truth: What Al Gore's says we can do about Climate Change. His website uses the images to those in the film and features a section on solving 'the climate crisis' with suggestions of actions we can all take to help.
